Made some progress on my San costume today. Started with a bamboo bowl, chosen because it’s light and durable. Cut down the bowl, plotted out the eyes and mouth, used a soldering iron to burn in some accent areas, played with clay, and cooked!
Now lots and lots of sanding before I begin painting. Intended debut is Katsucon next month!
